Exercising the BCM Plan

Special Facilitated Workshop Session

Exercising your plan is the most vital aspect of the planning process and one which is the topic of extensive discussion.

Through this facilitated WORKSHOP we provide practitioners with both direct support and materials, which will enable most to directly improve the viability and effectiveness of their Business Continuity Management process.

Remember that 70% of UNTESTED plans FAIL when they are needed most!

So without adequate testing, how can you be sure that the plan will be effective when it is needed most? Through this session we will be will be looking at the issues around exercise and rehearsal of the BCM plan, in a practical workshop format, showing why exercising your plan is vital, and we'll be using template based activities to help you to understand how to proceed with this vital aspect of your BCP.
