Syan has been providing IT services for over 20 years and specializes in the provision of a complimentary range of IT products and services to provide mid-sized organizations with a complete ‘managed’ service.
From a Business Recovery perspective, this includes the provision of IT and workplace recovery services most suited (although not exclusively) for companies in the Telford and surrounding areas.
Syan’s IT DR Services include the provision of servers on a cold restart basis via the provision of relocatable / mobile equipment; warm / hot restart via the provision of a hosted environment from two locally based data centers plus high availability solutions too.
Syan’s workplace facilities include a 100 seat facility c/w computer/ network rooms at its newly built Business Recovery & Data Centre in Newport, Shropshire plus a further 50 seat capability at its data centre in Telford. The two sites are 10 miles apart and inked by dark fibre for added resilience.
Services can be purchased on ether a dedicated or shared basis. Syan’s risk ratio’s for shared services are 10:1 for IT equipment items and 15:1 for workplace seats.
