Business Continuity Educational Briefing Event - Edinburgh 19th January 2007
Following a number of successful BC Educational Events held by the Continuity Forum, we have organised a special Breakfast Briefing for the organisations based in Scotland. This event is open to all members of the Continuity Forum, Public Sector Groups and members of the Business Community in Scotland.
We are delighted on this occasion to be working with the Scottish Continuity Group and the EPS, to offer an educational briefing, specific to the requirements of Scotland. We are grateful for the support of AEGON in helping us deliver this event focussed on Scotland.
This event will offer quality speakers on a number of topics, and will include a real-life, local case study of an event, including the lessons learned.
With new BSI Standards for Business Continuity freshly released, we’ll also cover how the Standard can be used, and the benefits your organisation can achieve. We’ll also cover how the Standard can be applied to your suppliers and partners, enabling your organisation to increase its resilience.
We’ll be hearing from the Scottish Continuity Group on developments specific to YOUR area, and finally, the Scottish Emergency Planning Society will wrap up the Briefing, covering information it’s vital for you to have.
