Exercising the BCM Plan
Special Facilitated Workshop Session
Exercising your plan is one of the the most vital aspects of the BCM process and one which often overlooked. Through this facilitated WORKSHOP we provide both direct support and materials, which will enable you to directly improve the viability and effectiveness of the Business Continuity Management process.
Remember that 70% of UNTESTED plans FAIL just when they are needed most!
So without adequate testing, how can you be sure that the plan will be effective when it is needed most?
Through this session we will be will be looking at the issues around exercise and rehearsal of the BCM plan, in a practical workshop format, showing why exercising your plan is vital, and we'll be using template based activities to help you to understand how to proceed with this vital aspect of your BCP.

This half day event will be £80 for Continuity Forum members to attend, and charged at £229 per delegate for non-members.
This event will be NON-commercial in nature, focussing on issues relevant to the topic, and will be run under Chatham House Rules.
The Session will aim to develop a consistent framework to assess how effective your organisations Business Continuity Plans would be and to identify key areas for improvement.
