DSM has been operating in the IT Services industry since the late 1980’s. Business Continuity solutions became a strategic addition to the company portfolio with the opening of a specialist facility in 2005.
The secure site is in a rural location with excellent access routes and plenty of onsite parking. The facility has seven office suites providing in excess of 650 fully configured positions with comfortable meeting rooms and recreational areas ready and waiting for customer invocation.
The whole building is air conditioned and protected by a dual generator power infrastructure. Separately routed BT and Virgin Media fibre connections provide all the communications and phone lines needed to keep businesses up and running in any event.
The facility includes a high specification data centre providing a range of services including co-location hosting, managed services, cloud computing and online data backup. A skilled team of technical staff is based onsite to provide support for all customer requirements.

DSM offers dedicated facilities for the provision of Business Continuity and IT services. The facility, occupying a five acre site and incorporated into a WW2 aircraft Hangar, gives little indication from the outside as to its true nature, thus further reducing the risk that can sometimes be present for clients. Internally the facility provides a spacious air conditioned working environment which encompasses full power protection for continued operation.
